| The move to JAFZA is another chapter in the Hydroturf story. We have 50,000 sq. feet of customized Workshops, Storage and Offices. JAFZA acts as a Logistical Centre for the entire Middle East. We bring in products from our Suppliers and store these in JAFZA to then allow us to quickly ship to Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi and the other Gulf Countries as and when required. |

residential irrigation market, we have created a new
company called Aqua Green Irrigation LLC.
We also offer our customer base, the
entire Hydroturf range of Products and Services.

| There has been a huge drive in recent years to widen the tourist base in Egypt with the construction of new Hotels, Golf Courses and Leisure facilities. Egypt has a key role in the Middle East economy.
Starting with just 2 ex-pat employees in Cairo in 1996, we have steadily built up our team.
As a result of our commitment to After Sales, we probably have 90% market share of Turfcare machinery for TORO in Egypt and over 800 CLUB CARS in Egypt. |

Ken Lovelady moved to Cairo in 1999 as General Manager to build on the Sales foundations started back in 1996.
In the year 2000, out of over 40 International Dealers for CLUB CAR, we were awarded Dealer of the year. As a result of this CLUB CAR performance in our other areas, we were appointed as CLUB CAR Dealer for Egypt to build and develop their sales and service base in that country.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides the largest market in the Gulf from a population and a land mass basis. Saudi is therefore a very important market to any company trading in the Middle East.
When we were appointed by CLUB CAR in early 2000, we moved from a Dealer operation, to our own sales network in Saudi.
